HIRT/HIIT Training Method

HIRT/HIIT Training Method

Both our BOARD30 Studios and our BOARD30MINI complete in-home gym use the HIRT and the HIIT training method. HIRT stands for high-intensity resistance training, and HIIT is high-intensity interval training. With HIRT training, you'll find that your body becomes stronger all over, not just in the major muscle groups. We at BOARD30 Global call this "full body integrity." The resistance bands force your body to connect the chain of muscles because of the anchor points. This strengthens the smaller muscles and ligaments along with the large muscles. Your body will also become much less injury-prone over time.

HIIT training maximizes your workout! Working with a timer will help keep you on track to burn out the muscles of focus during each exercise fully. The break time is designed to give you just enough recovery time to gear up for the next exercise. We like to mix it up, going from a cardio exercise to a muscle focused exercise as we move through the workout.

The BOARD30MINI is designed to give you a complete in-home workout. You can follow one of our many experienced trainers and pick the type of workout that fits your needs. The MINI can also go where you go! Weighing a mere ten pounds, the mini can travel by plane, train, car, or foot and from the beach to the mountain tops!
